The design has a weak point that allows for an easier break when under stress. Tested with a digital force gauge that shows a very low breaking point.
Our Breaking Point
After a friends' degloving incident, we set out to make a safer alternative. The breaking point of other rings was too high while their silicone is rigid and uncomfortable.
